Elections Consultant

Jerome Lovato is a national election expert with over 17 years of experience at the local, state, and federal level. He is a former Certified Colorado Election Official and is a City of Centennial Election Commissioner. While serving at the Colorado Secretary of State, he oversaw voting system testing, drafted and revised election policies, and was the risk-limiting audit project manager. Jerome also served as the director of voting system testing and certification at the U.S. Election Assistance Commission, and was the director of MITRE's National Election Security Lab. He has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado at Denver and M.S. in Cybersecurity (Policy) from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
